Toffee & sea salted vodka
To get that big-night-out off to a flying start, this simple recipe
is absolutely perfect - just be careful not to drink too many!
Ingredients
- 1 x 350ml bottle vodka
- 70g butter toffees
- 1 large pinch sea salt
Instructions
1. Remove enough of the vodka to make room for
the sweets. 2. Chop the toffee small enough to fit through the
neck of the bottle and add to the vodka.3. Add a generous pinch of sea salt. 4. Tightly replace the lid, shake well and put the bottle through a dishwasher cycle to melt the toffee.5. Allow the vodka to cool to room temperature and
then refrigerate overnight.
