Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best - and with a few store cupboard ingredients and 20 seconds of help from a blender, this one is on the table and ready to go.

Ingredients
- 400g can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp warm water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
Directions
- Whizz the tahini, 1/2 the lemon juice and the crushed garlic in a blender for one minute until thick.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend to a paste.
- Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of paprika and some chopped coriander. Serve with chunky break and raw vegetables.
