Baked camembert with garlic, rosemary & honey
The ultimate decadent starter. Oozy melted cheese, flavoured with garlic, rosemary and sweet honey...with almost no effort. Perfect.
- 1 whole camembert in a box
- 1tbsp white wine
- 2 sprigs rosemary, split into smaller pieces
- 1 large garlic clove, thinly sliced
- 1tbsp runny honey
1. Preheat the oven to 200C.2. Unwrap the camembert and place back into the box putting the lid under the base.3. Rub the top of the cheese with white wine.4. Cut deep slits in the camembert and push in slices of garlic and sprigs of rosemary.5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.6. Once cooked, drizzle a little honey on top and serve with crispy bread and a green salad.
