Classic Mint Sauce
The classic roast lamb accompaniment - so simple, there's no need to buy pre-made.
Ingredients
  • 150ml cider vinegar
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 15g mint leaves, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Boil the vinegar, sugar and shallot until the sugar has completely dissolved. Cool slightly before adding the mint. Infuse for at least 30 minutes.
