Smoked Salmon Pate
Possibly the simplest recipe I know, but also a massive crowd pleaser, so give it a go and see what you think.
Ingredients
- 200g cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
- 160g smoked salmon trimmings
- 1/2 lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
- cracked black pepper
Instructions
1. Pulse the salmon, cheese and lemon zest/juice until you reach the desired consistency.2. Stir through the chives and pepper to taste.
