Rosemary and sea salt focaccia


The best focaccia has a light, airy crumb and a golden crust, it's moist with extra virgin olive oil, has a slight sourdough taste and is topped with crunchy flakes of sea salt. This dough is sticky, but don't be tempted to add more flour as it will make the final bread very dense.
