William Curley


Since starting his career at The Gleneagles Hotel, William Curley has worked alongside many of the world's top chefs including Pierre Koffman, Raymond Blanc and Marco Pierre White. 

Going on to become Chef Patissier at the Savoy Hotel, William and wife Suzue opened their first store in Richmond followed by a second boutique in Belgravia and then a Harrods concession.

William is the four-time winner of Britain's Best Chocolatier as well as the Caterer's Acorn Award, the Craft Guild Pastry Chef of the Year and British Dessert of the Year.

As a fellow Richmond resident, I am lucky enough to taste William's creations on a regular basis, and have also attended his superb chocolate master-classes  If you are ever in this corner of West London, make the effort to visit his artisan boutiques and I guarantee you won't regret it.
