Ingredients

Pastry:
- 250g flour
- 125g cold butter, diced
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbs cold water
- 50g icing sugar
- Zest of 1 medium lemon

Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 1 litre cream
- 50g caster sugar
- 90 gs cottage cheese
- Blackberries
